Cubeware GmbH understands the importance of handling all personal data provided by users with utmost caution and care. Cubeware GmbH observes all appropriate, statutory data privacy requirements in line with German law, European guidelines, and all other applicable laws.
By giving your consent, you allow Cubeware GmbH to use your data for the reasons stated in this privacy statement. You can revoke your consent at any time by writing or e-mailing Cubeware GmbH.
What is personal data?
Personal data is information that could be used to determine your identity. This includes your real name, street address, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. This excludes information that cannot be directly associated with your identity (e.g. preferred Web pages, number of visitors per Web page).
What do we do with your data??
We treat all data that you share with us with utmost confidentially. We use your personal data to process product orders, downloads and registrations for events, seminars, trainings or raffles as well as to send special information, offers, newsletters and events to the e-mail address which you have provided us.
As soon as you use services on our Web site that require you to log in (e.g. downloads or registrations), we will ask for your name and other personal information. For the purpose of analysis, we will save the date, time, as well as which pages that you have accessed. We will not, however, save your IP address or conduct Web analyses on individuals.
Transfer to third parties
We generally do not forward your data to third parties unless they are Cubeware staff members or partner companies that either implement projects with Cubeware technology or sell our software directly. We would only do so if you have given us explicit permission or we are obliged, for example, by a legal mandate.
Usage of cookies
We use cookies (i.e. small files with configuration information) in line with IVW guidelines to measure the number of hits on marketing materials. These help us determine the number of visitors and page visits on our Web site. We do not collect any personal data from cookies.
You can also use our services without accepting cookies. In the standard settings of most Internet browsers, cookies are automatically activated. You can, however, deactivate the “Save cookies” option or configure your browser so that you are informed whenever cookies are sent.
Data security
We are dedicated to ensuring the security of your data in lines with the applicable data privacy laws. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee that electronic communication is completely safe. We would like to inform you that despite our high standards, others could use information that you voluntarily enter through the Internet. As a result, Cubeware GmbH cannot take on responsibility or liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transfer and/or unauthorized access through third parties.

If you have entrusted us with personal information, you can edit or delete this information at any time in the Cubeware Download Center. Cancelling or deleting this account will not affect any data used for accounting or billing purposes.

Changes to these provisions
Cubeware GmbH maintains the right to modify these provisions at any time in line with the effective data privacy provisions if this is necessary due to retroactively named rulings or new service offerings provided by Cubeware GmbH. Cubeware will obtain the user’s permission in each instance where prior consent is required.
Declaration of consent
1. I consent that my name, address (basic contact data) and any optional data that I enter will be used for marketing purposes, for example, creating and sending select information, offers or invitations to the e-mail address that I have entered. I also agree that Cubeware GmbH can use my basic contact data and any further optional information for its own market research purposes.
2. I also consent that Cubeware GmbH will collect my personal data in line with the contract of usage, transfer it to its agency “multimedia schmiede” in Munich, Germany, and save it on servers at factsoft internet services AG in Munich, Germany.
3. I can revoke this declaration of consent with Cubeware GmbH at any time and without stating any reasons by writing Cubeware GmbH at Mangfallstr. 37, 83026 Rosenheim, Germany or info(at)cubeware.de.
