Business continuity amidst COVID 19

The spread of COVID-19 has drastically affected not only businesses , but the lives of people and communities throughout the world. Here at Cubeware our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners, as well as ensuring, as far as is possible, “business as usual”, in this trying time.

In light of the situation we have implemented a work from home policy for all employees, as well as implementing business continuity plans for all of our departments. The goal is to ensure there is no impact on productivity and that clients and partners are able to continue working with us and our products as per usual. Staff have also been advised to minimise travel and restrict guests, as well a taking disenfecting measures and precautions.

Please be reassured that all staff within Cubeware are fully equiped with the tools and resources to work remotely and are reachable via email and telephone. The production, product support and consulting departments in particular are completely prepared and available for clients business needs. In addition to this, our management team are meeting remotely on a daily basis in order to keep abreast of the latest developments and ensure seamless continuation of services, as well as rapid reaction to the evolving situation.
