Kolbermoor, 12. June 2017 - With effect from the start of the fiscal year on 1 April 2017, Jeetu Narayan has assumed the CEO position of the Cubeware Group from Sameer Shariff. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Jeetu Narayan worked for Cubeware India as COO, and was responsible for Cubeware’s market entry in India. After the takeover of Cubeware by the Primrose Investment Group, Sameer Shariff led the reorientation of the Cubeware Group as interim CEO. Now, following the successful integration of the globally active corporation, Jeetu Narayan is taking on the general management of the company as a technically adept CEO, who with his range of tasks can concentrate fully on the concerns of Cubeware.
After the takeover in February 2016 of Cubeware by Primrose Investments GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the India Builders Corporation, the associated transformation processes had to be implemented within a very short period. The primary goals, along with the integration in the corporate group, were to reinforce Cubeware in the core DACH market and to advance internationalisation, especially in India, Singapore, North Africa, the Midwest and Great Britain. After this consolidation and reorientation has been solidly established under the management of Sameer Shariff, Cubeware now has a CEO in Jeetu Narayan who is completely focussed on the company, and who is also available for personal exchanges with middle management on a daily basis.
The management team of Cubeware GmbH in Germany remains the same, in its tried-and-tested composition, with Suresh Saligram as managing director, Ralf Pichl as key account manager with responsibility also for the areas of sales, alliances and marketing, Klaus Leithner for professional services and support, and Sebastian Hulok for product development. Sameer Shariff will also remain at the Cubeware Group. He moved to the Cubeware board on 1 April 2017, where he will act as an advisor to the Cubeware management.
Since April 2017 Jeetu Narayan is CEO of the Cubeware Group, a leading supplier of business intelligence and performance management solutions. Prior to that, as COO of Cubeware India, he drove the market entry of Cubeware in India. Jeetu brings more than 2 decades of experience in the software industry as a business executive, entrepreneur and management positions in multinational firms such as Microsoft, Adobe and Siemens. Earlier in his career, Jeetu advanced technology initiatives in the areas of hybrid cloud, digital and mobile media, supply chain management and telecom domains. He holds a Post-graduation in business management and a Master's degree in software systems.
