Cubeware releases Release 9.2 for the Cubeware Solutions Platform.

Kolbermoor, 26. April 2019 - Business Intelligence and Performance Management specialist Cubeware has released Release 9.2 of the Cubeware Solutions Platform. With the current version, among other things, Cubeware provides comprehensive compatibility with IBM Planning Analytics 2.0.

Following the release of the beta release in mid-January, Cubeware is now releasing Release 9.2 of the Cubeware Solutions Platform (CSP) on its Customer and Partner Portal for download. With the release 9.2, Cubeware is compatible with the REST API of the TM1 Server (since version 11.0) of IBM Planning Analytics 2.0.
In addition to transferring existing functionality to the new interface, Cubeware now also supports IBM's multiple hierarchies and MDX for IBM Planning Analytics. This will allow users of Cubeware applications to not only model IBM’s multidimensional TM1 databases and the company’s own  CW1 much more easily, but also to make reports based on TM1/CW1 more efficient and flexible. To achieve this, the user interface of the Cubeware Cockpit, the Database Manager and the DataView Designer have been adapted. Cubeware is thus a pioneer in the connection to the current product generation of IBM Planning Analytics 2.0 and the associated use.

Users of TM1 and the in-house offered database CW1 powered by IBM, which corresponds in  structure and function to a TM1 Enterprise Edition, gain a competitive advantage with the new release 9.2 of the CSP, especially in planning contexts.

In addition, the current release offers further improvements: for example, the parallel execution of jobs via SAP Connect and RFC (Request for Commands) and the support of multiple hierarchies for Infor BI 11.x.

An update to the release version 9.2 of the CSP is only possible from the previous version 9.1. Cubeware recommends all customers to install the latest version.
